Beef rolls stuffed with ham and cheese in paprika sauce

Beef rolls stuffed with ham and cheese in paprika sauce

Take bread and wet, my grandmother used to say. Well, this is this recipe for beef rolls stuffed with ham and cheese in paprika sauce. It is a recipe for all family. If the childrenIt is better that you reduce or eliminate the paprika, and there will also be a very rich sauce, unless they are one of those who like new flavors, like my kids, who are made into little gourmets. They say that they try everything at this age (2 years) and that is when denial comes, just in case I cross my fingers and try recipes that can be adapted to them, like this one.

Es simple to do, do not think about that title so long that it is complicated. No way. And less with the thermomix, which, while doing the salsa in the glass, steam the rolls in the container VAROMA and they are very tender and tasty. With a cream, like the mango white garlic and zucchini and apple as a starter, the food is sorted day and fast.

Hello Margrita. Our blog is about recipes for thermomix, that's why it's called thermorecetas. If you don't have a thermomix, you can try to adapt the recipe, as it really shows what the machine is doing: crushes, chops, sautés... Good luck with that. I'm sure it will turn out delicious.

The recipe was very good, I had guests and we all liked it a lot, but next time I will prepare it to eat it immediately

But is the meat eaten raw? It does not put any steps on cooking the meat.

Hi Lidia, the meat is cooked for 20 min in the varoma 🙂

It is very good, but next time I will leave everything ready and put it in the varoma while we have appetizers and starters.
