Ingredients

For the banana bread dough:

• 70g of sliced ​​bread or breadcrumbs from a loaf
• 60 g of sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 50 g flour
• 220g milk
• 7g limoncello
• 10 g of sunflower oil
• 350 g of banana

Plus:

• Two tablespoons of sugar for the surface

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a rectangular baking pan approximately 30x20 centimeters, lining it with parchment paper moistened with water. Set aside.

2. We put the bread in the bowl and program 5 seconds, speed 8.

   Add the 60g of sugar, a pinch of salt, the flour, the milk, the limoncello, and the sunflower oil. Program 15 seconds, speed 4.

   Add the sliced ​​banana and mix with the spatula.

3. We put our dough in the mold and level it with a spatula or a spoon.

   Bake at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes. Then, sprinkle the two tablespoons of sugar on top and increase the oven temperature to 220°C. Bake at that temperature for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
