To make these baked chicken thighs We can use a large cocotte or an oven-safe dish measuring about 20x30 centimetres and with high edges.

But we are not only going to use the oven for cooking, we will also use Thermomix to prepare the sauce in which the meat will be cooked.

To give flavor to the chicken we will put aromatic herbs and paprika (sweet or spicy, according to taste). The stew also includes potatoes, carrots and mushrooms and takes about an hour and a half to prepare.
