Ingredients

• 1 large apple
• 200 g white chocolate
• 65 g of wheat flour
• 100 g of sugar
• 3 eggs
• 100 g butter + a little to grease the mold
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• Sugar glass

Music

1. In our Thermomix bowl, we add 200g of white chocolate pieces and 100g of butter. We program 3 minutes, 90º at speed 1.

2. Add the 3 eggs, 100g of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 65g of wheat flour. Program 2 minutes, 100º at speed 5.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with top and bottom heat. Choose a suitable baking dish. In my case, I chose a round silicone baking dish about 18 cm in diameter. Grease it with a little butter.

4. Pour the mixture into the pan and place it in the oven once it's hot. Let it bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.

5. When it's ready and cool, we unmold it and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
