Gianduia cream in Thermomix

Tomorrow is the long-awaited October 31st, and that's why we're bringing you a terrifyingly delicious suggestion. These monstrous dentures They're as unpleasant to look at... as they are delicious to eat!

They are prepared with apples, clouds (marshmallow) and a gianduia cream that we made in a Thermomix.
If you're short on time or don't want to complicate things, you can substitute the homemade cream with Nutella or Nocilla.

This recipe will bring a smile to someone's face (or a fright). both adults and children.

Ingredients

For the gianduia cream:

  • 30 g of sugar
  • 10 g of bitter cocoa powder
  • 30 g of hazelnuts
  • 40g milk
  • 65g of milk chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 30 g of sunflower oil

Plus:

  • Apples
  • Marshmallow pieces

Music

  1. We begin by making the gianduia cream. We put the sugar in the bowl and program 30 seconds, speed 10.

    We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  2. We add the unsweetened cocoa and the hazelnuts. We program 20 seconds, speed 10.

  3. We incorporate the milk and program 2 minutes and 30 seconds, 100º, speed 3.

    We then grind for one minute at speed 10.

  4. We add the chopped chocolate and the sunflower oil. We program 2 minutes 30 seconds, speed 2.

    We put our cream in a bowl.

  5. We started preparing the dentures.

    We wash the apple well. We cut it into thin wedges. We spread each wedge with a little gianduia cream.

    We place the marshmallow pieces (which resemble teeth) between two apple wedges... now enjoy.
