El chicken chili It is one of the most emblematic dishes of Peruvian cuisine. It is a creamy stew, full of flavor and with a slightly spicy touch that makes it irresistible. The base of this dish is the shredded chicken breast (although we are going to make it with chicken), cooked in a thick sauce based on Yellow chili, bread soaked in milk, cheese and nuts, creating a mix of unique textures and flavors.
