Once my cousin invited us to dinner and she put us these delicious stuffed tomatoes. We liked them so much that since then it is one of my favorite recipes because of how easy it is to make, comfortable, fast, and above all, very healthy and nutritious. Also, if you have little ones it is a good idea, because they will love them.
The original recipe was made in a traditional way, but I have adapted it to the thermomix and it is very easy, you will see.
