This spreadable cheese base is a marvel. We can enjoy this specialty as an appetizer before lunch, as we will enjoy the feta cheese and some baked cherry tomatoes.
It's not a complex recipe. We have to bake for 30 minutes the seasoned tomatoes. Then, in the mixing bowl, we make the cream cheese, using a few simple steps and top-quality feta cheese.
In this way we have a spectacular snack, for the lovers of cheese and the authentic flavor of tomato. Enjoy it with some crispy toast or similar.
Feta cream base with baked cherry tomatoes

Ingredients
Cream cheese base
- 200 g of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Philadelphia cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Sal Island
Cherry tomatoes
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Sal Island
- Ground black pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A few sprigs of rosemary

In an ovenproof dish, prepare the cherry tomatoes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F), using top and bottom heat.
Wash the tomatoes and place them in the dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add the rosemary sprigs, 3 garlic cloves, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and two tablespoons of Modena vinegar. Stir everything well and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
In our Thermomix bowl, add the 300g of feta cheese, a clove of baked garlic, two tablespoons of Philadelphia-style cream cheese, three tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt. 20 seconds at speed 4.
We place the cheese on a plate, plate it well and then place the cherry tomatoes on top.
Once baked, we place them on top and add a drizzle of olive oil. We can enjoy it together with some crusty toast.
