Tuna-stuffed eggs baked in the oven

Preparation

1. Add the 800 ml of water to the Thermomix glass, add a little salt and a splash of vinegar.

2. We put the 9 eggs in the basket and insert it into the glass. We close it and program it. 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

3. Once cooking is complete, remove the basket with the help of the spatula and place the eggs in cold water to cool them.

4. In the clean glass, add the 4 pickled gherkins and program 15 seconds at speed 4.

5. If the eggs are cold, peel them and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and put them in the glass. Program 15 seconds at speed 3.

6. We add the 60 g of tuna, the 60 g of fried tomato and a tablespoon of mayonnaise. We program 10 seconds at speed 3.

7. To keep the eggs firm on a surface, we can cut a small sheet at the bottom. We fill the eggs, allowing a little bit of the top to come out if necessary, since we will have to use up all the filling.

8. Preheat the oven with the grill at maximum power. Cover the eggs with a layer of mayonnaise and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

9. Once ready, we serve them with a little chopped fresh parsley.
