Easy and delicious pizza buns

Preparation

1. In our Thermomix glass we are going to make the dough. Add the 350 g of wheat flour, the 15 g of fresh baker's yeast, the 180 ml of cold water, the 10 g of salt, the half teaspoon of sugar and the 30 ml of olive oil. We mix and knead it for 5 minutes at kneading speed.

2. After kneading, we check that the dough is fine, soft and elastic, and that it does not lack more water or flour. If so, we rectify and add it if necessary and program another minute of kneading. If we have it ready, we will let the dough rest in the glass for 30 minutes to sponge.

3. We prepare a table with sprinkled flour and add the dough. We knead a little with our hands and make a ball. We are going to divide the dough into 8 portions and we are going to stretch them. With the help of a rolling pin, we stretch the dough into mini pizzas.

4. We prepare the ingredients for the filling. On top of the dough we add two teaspoons of tomato and expand. On top we add a portion of grated cheese and a little ham or bacon, we alternate it to our liking. If you want you can add a pinch of oregano. We close the pizza and roll it into a ball.

5. We turn the portions to leave the closed part down and place a slice of chorizo ​​on top and centered. When we have all the pizza slices formed, we let them rest and rise for about an hour.

6. We preheat the oven to 200 ° and when we have it ready we put the balls in for 12 to 15 minutes, or until we see that they have browned. We can consume them warm.
