Halloween special chicken and vegetable cream

Do you fancy one light cream with vitamins and proteins? There you have it, it's a Cream of vegetables and chicken, very digestive and decorated with a Halloween theme.

It is a recipe adapted with vegetables such as zucchini, carrots, potatoes, pumpkin and green beans, but you can add the vegetables you have in your pantry, or omit the meat.

Finally, if you want to surprise your guests, especially children, you can decorate its surface with a very simple spider web to make. You can make it with heavy cream and a plastic bottle with a fine nozzle, it's super easy.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 250 g pumpkin
  • Carrots 4
  • 250 g of green beans
  • 300 g of chicken breast
  • Sal Island
  • 600 ml water
  • 60 g sunflower or olive oil
  • 2 garlic
  • 100 ml of thick cream

Music

  1. Peel the garlic and slice it. Pour the 60 g of oil and the garlic into the glass. Program 7 minutes, varoma temperature at spoon speed.

  2. Once finished, remove the stir-fry and set aside. In the same glass, add all the vegetables, cut into pieces: the unpeeled zucchini, the 4 clean carrots, the peeled potatoes, the 250 g of peeled pumpkin and the 250 g of green beans. Add the 600 ml of water and salt. Cover and set aside. 20 minutes, varoma temperature at speed 2.

  3. We add the chicken breast cut into pieces and with salt. We program again 15 minutes, varoma temperature at speed 2.

  4. Once cooking is complete, add the oil with the garlic and let it cool a little. 1 minute at speed 5.

  5. We reschedule 1 minute at speed 10, so that the cream is super fine.

  6. We prepare the cream and put it in a bottle with a thin mouth. When we serve the creams in the bowls, we decorate them. First we make the circles. Then we make the lines from the inside out, always, not the other way around. We start by making a cross and then an X. Finally we serve.
