The ingredients of the cream are cooked in Thermomix. Then, we will take advantage of the fact that they are already in the glass to blend them all and obtain that creamy and delicate texture that we like so much.
I eat croutons, I have simply put toasted and chopped bread. If you fancy something more elaborate you can prepare these garlic croutons which are also gluten-free.
