We have a spectacular starter. It is a Christmas salad with salmon and avocado, special for the holidays and with a texture that will make it eat itself.
With our robot we can cook the ingredients, then we will chop them and add them to a large bowl or container. You just have to mix them with the mayonnaise and form the portions with a metal ring.
The decoration is simple and original, with two eggs quail and two prawns. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 150 g smoked salmon
- 70 g of green olives stuffed with anchovies
- 8 quail eggs
- 8 raw prawns
- 1 large jar of mayonnaise

We put the litre of water with a little salt and the basket in the Thermomix. Inside the basket we put the 3 peeled potatoes and the 8 quail eggs and we close the glass. In the varoma container we put the 8 prawns. We program 45 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.
After 10 minutes of cooking, we take out the quail eggs, remove the varoma and continue cooking. After cooking we check that the potatoes are tender, if they are not, we cook them again. schedule another 5 minutes.
When the potatoes have cooled, peel them and chop them into a bowl. Peel the quail eggs and set them aside. Do the same with the prawns, peel them leaving the tail at the end and set them aside.
Chop the 70 g of anchovy-stuffed olives and the smoked salmon. Cut the avocado in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Chop it and add to the chopped potatoes, as well as the olives and salmon.
We add the mayonnaise to our taste. We prepare a metal ring to put the salad in and make the portions.
We decorate with the two prawns and two quail eggs. We can also add a fresh parsley leaf.
