March is just around the corner, and that's reflected in the kitchen. Although it's still winter, the days are starting to get a little longer, and our bodies are craving comforting dishes... but something lighter and fresher than in the middle of January.
This week's menu is designed to help you through this slight change of season: homemade, balanced recipes that are easy to organize for everyday life, featuring seasonal vegetables, legumes, lean meats, and fish to help us maintain a varied diet without too much fuss. We continue to rely on the structure you love so much: first light (creams, soups, salads or vegetables), more complete seconds for balanced meals and somewhat lighter dinnersdesigned to end the day without feeling heavy.
Furthermore, this is the perfect week to start introducing slightly more colorful and fresh dishes to prepare us for spring, without completely abandoning the comforting stews that are still appealing in February. As always, the weekend will have a slightly more special touch, with more visually appealing recipes that are just as easy to prepare.
