Ingredients
Apple cake
- 300 g of wheat flour
- 2 small red apples
- 75 g butter, melted
- 240 g of sugar
- 80 ml of sunflower oil
- 50 g of natural yogurt
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Cream cheese
- 300g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 100g butter, soft or at room temperature
- 100g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g caramel sauce
Preparation
For the cream cheese: in the glass the 300g of cream cheese and the 100g of sugar. We are going to beat it, programming 1 minute at speed 3,5. We add below the 100g of soft butter and a pinch of salt. We mix it up, programming 1 minute at speed 3,5If you notice that it has not been mixed well, you can program it for another minute. Remove from the glass and set aside in the refrigerator.
In the glass we add the two apples and blend them, programming 10 seconds at speed 6.
Add the two eggs, 75 g of melted butter, 240 g of sugar, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 50 g of yogurt and 80 ml of sunflower oil. Mix, programming 30 seconds at speed 3,5.
We add the 10 g of baking powder and the 300 g of wheat flour. We program 1 minute at speed 3,5.
Preheat the oven to 200º with heat from above and below. Prepare a square baking tray that can go in the oven, approximately 22 x 22 cm. Line it with baking paper or spread it with butter.
When the oven is hot, add the dough to the tray and place it in the center of the oven. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
Once it is ready, let it cool and remove from the mould. Cover it with the cream cheese and add threads of caramel with a spoon. Next, make circles with the spoon to create swirls.
